Policies -Please Read
1. 24 Hours Notice is required when rescheduling a lesson. If 24 Hours Notices not given, you will be charge for the lesson . In case of emergency or sudden illness, lesson maybe rescheduled. Our policy that missed lessons must be made up is inclusive of holidays.
2. Missed lessons must be rescheduled within four weeks, or the lesson will be lost. If 24 hours notice is given for cancellation, the lesson must be rescheduled to another time and/or day within four weeks. We refer to this as a “ make-up lesson. It is you responsibility to book the make-up lesson.
3. To withdraw from lessons, we require one month's written notice from the first of the month i.e.) if you are moving away in November, you must give us notice of your last day of lessons no later than October 1st to avoid being charged for the entire month of November on November 1st. In the event that you are charge for a month that you cannot use, please keep in mind the lessons are 100% transferable and we will provide a gift certificate upon request.
